How do I install Xubuntu 12.04 using WUBI?

Answer: The Xubuntu 12.04 iso does not have a WUBI installer, so what you have to do is download the earlier version, Xubuntu  11.10. And then, in the Update Manager, you choose “Distribution Upgrade”.
